Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your parcel in real time on the Bpost website.

Damaged, Lost, or Undelivered Packages

In case of any issue (damaged, lost, or undelivered package), please contact us at mosaiquebelgique@outlook.com within 7 days after the expected delivery date.

We will immediately open a case with the carrier in order to find a solution (replacement or refund).
