  2. Unworn or unused
  3. With tags and in its original packaging

Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Defective items or errors on our part: We will cover the return shipping costs
  • VIP Delivery (loss/breakage/theft protection): Free return in case of damage during transport

 

Handmade Creations

Our mosaic lamps and decoratie objects are handmade artisanal creations. Slight variations may exist between the photos and the received product, which contributes to the unique charm of handcrafted items. These natural variations are not considered defects.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item

VIP Delivery Guarantee: For orders with VIP Delivery, any transport damage is 100% covered. Contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or full refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please:

  • Return the current item
  • Once the return is accepted, place a new order

 

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

In accordance with European legislation, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the receipt of your order without having to justify your decision.

  • The item must be returned in its original condition
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility (except in case of defect or error)

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or refused
  • If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days
  • Your bank may require additional processing time
